Facebook Groups for PAs/EAs – in my experience these are slightly more interactive and informal than LinkedIn groups. Hootsuite Podium is also a free training resource for social media. There is a large community out there in groups or tweeting who are sharing best practice and information and generally a very supportive bunch.

Time out of the office can improve creative thinking and problem solving, it also provides an opportunity to meet new people that can help with resources and connections.
