Then or Than?

Well, thanks to Google Search, I have found a little trick about using the words 'then' and 'than' that I thought was worth sharing to help remember when to use these two words. Because you used 'we' it would be 'Robert and 'I' went to the store'. OR "Darlene walked to school with us." I hope you find it helpful.

Also, when you Google it, I find the answer that usually comes up is for turning on gridlines in your document, which would be used in drafting or in art, not the kind I am looking for. See below for screenshot on the other gridlines.

Google Alerts I subscribe to Google alerts that are sent to my home e-mail account every day. One person googled "what happens to a person who steals from work" and the location they googled from was a large bank in New York City. I need to take minutes". I read a lot.

Comments Always Welcome

You do not have to have a Google account to comment. If you choose to sign in to Google then readers can click on your name and it will bring them to your blog or profile page. To comment without signing in just click on Anonymous. Even though you sign in anonymously you can always leave your first name and blog link in your post.

Different spellings: British, Canadian and American

Thank goodness for Google , I use it all the time to get answers. This time I came up with a site called Karens Linguistics Issues. It gives the proper spelling for British, Canadian and American words and is very user friendly. (for If you find some are outdated please let me know so I can remove them from this list. 411 Look Up 411.ca
