An interesting book about being focused on a goal and working each day towards bringing it to life. I’m reading the book “Two Weeks to a Breakthrough&# by Lisa Haneberg. In the Day Two exercise she has a great analogy and it made me think of companies trying to bring customer service to life.

Take a look at your short term goals. (bad joke – sorry about that) The same is true for tactics and strategy. Have you made the same oversight?

After all, following the 80/20 rule enables “the crowd&# to demonstrate the easiest path to achieving one’s goal — not letting the crowd actually dictate one’s goal. Could be a good idea, but it’s the wrong interpretation of the principle. I’m sure I’m preaching to the choir here!
