'In the initial weeks of a new job we have so many forms to complete that I’m sure the workspace assessment doesn’t really warrant much attention. The form itself is a tick box exercise but really we should be spending much more time looking at our workspace. As assistants we spend hours every day sat at our desk so it is important that we are comfortable, we have everything positioned within easy reach and we are aware of our posture.
