Startup Raises $20 Million to Build an Electronics Manufacturing Plant in San Francisco

It's one of the world's most expensive real estate markets and has some of the highest labor costs in the U.S.  But despite these issues, electronic circuit board manufacturer Tempo has raised $20 million to fund the building of a 42,000 square foot plant in San Francisco.
