With that, I’m going to share tips on how you can manage your files effectively. After you answer that first question use these 2 tips to help clean up and manage your files! A good rule of thumb is if you would put the physical information together with a paper clip or staple, then they belong in a folder together.

You could follow in the footsteps of tradition and give a branded calendar, pens, or some other useful item with your business logo on it. Below are a few tips on how to make your desk more efficient: Essential stationery. Stapler and staples – Always always get the best stapler your company can afford and use the same brand staples as the stapler. Calendar – For quick reference I have a one sheet per day calendar block on my desk.
