To do this, open up your scheduled meeting in the calendar that you are using and click on “Forward as iCalendar&#. If you want to update the calendar, you would have to make the changes in the meeting request directly. This way, they will be more inclined to read the e-mail properly.

Having VAs I can simply fax order forms to. My calendar syncs with my Apple products as well. I used to carry 12 paperbacks on ever trip. For vlogging, nothing beats the camera on my iPad.    For graphics, my favorite is Instaquote. Another life saver? so they can enter them into my system for me.

I have a Blackberry and would hate to lose my contacts and calendar, but stuff happens. My contacts, tasks, and calendar are updated if there are any changes. Look into purchasing an all-in-one fax, printer, and copier. A good practice is to perform a weekly backup of documents and files. Backup SMARTPhone Data.

Fax Blasts I remember someone from my IAAP Chapter asked me to fax the notice of our Chapter dinner to a list of about 60 companies to promote it. I dont know about you, but when I get these "flyer" type faxes, they go immediately in the recycle bin. Minute taking made easier. Dealing in real time.

Since I work at home (and because we're full-time RVers, always on the road), I need to be able to fax/copy/convert from anywhere. My scanner serves all these purposes -- scan a document in and you can then e-fax it over the internet, print out a copy, edit it directly through OCR software, save it as a PDF and toss the paper.
