He would often turn up to meetings without the correct supporting papers or they would have doodles all over them, which didn’t help his reputation. Before I went home every evening I would print out his calendar and attach the correct paperwork for his meetings the next day. He loved the idea and became more reliant on my help.

Doodle was my scheduling service of choice , but when they changed the features of the free aspect of their service (which I didn''t realize until actually going into my Doodle account), I decided to hand this over to my ZA to see how it would work.
