I completely forgot to book his room - I know, total F-up. It took her a few weeks, but she worked her magic and got him booked! I tend to book for these events the moment the announcement comes out. I recently had to ask for a huge favor in getting a hotel room for my boss during an annual meeting. She totally saved my skin.

My favorites are the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey, Messages: The Communications Skills Book by Dr. Matthew McKay, and Become an Inner Circle Assistant by Joan Burge. I am thankful for the honors and acknowledgments I have received this year.
