More Global Mobile Phone Subscribers Than People by 2015

I was reading GigaOm Pro's Global Mobile Subscriber Forecast and noticed that by 2015 the world will have quite a few more global mobile phone subscriptions than people.  As the chart below shows, GigaOm is projecting that there will be a bit over 8 billion global mobile subscriptions in 2015.  The UN is currently projecting global population in 2015 to be about 7.3 billion.    Looking at the two sources, it looks like 2013 will be cross over year when global mobile s
